The F6 includes a 6-month warranty beginning on the delivery date for confirmed product quality issues. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used breast pumps cannot be returned for non-quality reasons. Momfree covers return shipping for confirmed quality issues, while customers are responsible for shipping on approved non-quality returns. Refunds are issued within 10 business days after the returned item reaches our warehouse.
