At Momfree, we want every mom to feel confident and supported with her purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1.30-Day Return Policy
Momfree offers a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, clean, in its original condition, and returned with all original accessories, manuals, packaging, and proof of purchase.
Items sent back without first contacting our customer support team and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect item, or missing accessory, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.
Issues Caused by Improper Use
If an issue is caused by improper use, incorrect operation, accidental damage, or failure to follow the product instructions, it will not be considered a product quality issue.
In these cases, the order may still be handled under our standard 30-day return or exchange policy, as long as the return conditions are met.
Return Conditions
Returned items must include the original product, all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used, damaged by misuse, returned incomplete, or returned in unsanitary condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2.Return Shipping
After your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including where to send your package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed product quality issue, damaged item, missing accessory, or wrong item received.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact our customer support team.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, final sale items, and items returned without prior authorization are not eligible for return or refund.
