Momfree provides a 6-month warranty for confirmed product quality issues, starting from the date your order is delivered.
If your product has a quality-related issue within the warranty period, Momfree may provide a replacement accessory, replacement part, or full product replacement, depending on the situation.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers confirmed product quality issues, including but not limited to:
- Defective accessories
- Damaged or non-functioning components
- Confirmed product malfunction
- Missing accessories caused by fulfillment or packaging errors
- Replacement Options
- After evaluation, Momfree may offer one of the following solutions:
- A replacement accessory
- A replacement part
- A full product replacement
Our customer support team may ask for your order number, photos, videos, or a brief description of the issue so we can properly evaluate the problem and provide the best solution.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover issues caused by:
- Improper use
- Incorrect operation
- Accidental damage
- Unauthorized repair or modification
- Normal wear and tear
- Failure to follow product instructions
Damage caused by cleaning, storage, or maintenance that does not follow the product manual
If the issue is determined to be caused by customer misuse or improper operation, it will not be considered a product quality issue. In these cases, the order may still be handled under our standard 30-day return or exchange policy, as long as the return conditions are met.
